Children's Curricula & Educational Resources
Our philosophy on ministry is intergenerational. Though there are times when it is important to have similar age groups gather, we encourage you to find creative ways to use the curricula below to bring your church together. These are some of the best, theologically sound resources out there. Take time to explore!

Children Worship & Wonder: A worship program for young children. This is the best we have to offer. Learn more about how to begin this program and find a training event in your area.
sparkhouse: This division of Augsburg Press is one of the most popular resources for congregations. sparkhouse develops faith formation resources for both church school and afternoon programs for children, youth, and adults.
Growing in Grace & Gratitude: Children nurtured in the love and grace of God learn the story of who and whose they are by watching, listening, tasting, smelling, playing, and exploring holy things in the context of a faith community.

Shine: Living in God’s Light is a dynamic Sunday school curriculum for age 3 to grade 8 that engages Christian communities in their life together. Allow it to inspire your group too!

Seasons of the Spirit: An inclusive program that offers materials and resources for the whole congregation: SeasonsFUSION combines worship and all-ages Christian Education materials. SeasonsENCORE offers age-level Sunday school resources.
The Best of Whole People of God (Small churches)
"The Best of Whole People of God Online is a complete online Lectionary-based Sunday school curriculum. It includes weekly age-level lessons as well as worship resources for leaders."
Joining the Story: A chronological study of the Old Testament designed for young adults. By exploring the stories of God’s people (from creation through the prophets) and discovering how God has cared for God’s people, youth find their own place in the story.
Kids to Kids: These resources produced by Disciples Home Missions give kids hands-on way to become involved in and understand mission. The project guides address current events kids may see in the news.The VBS curricula each center on a different country educating kids about global mission.
